Workplace Passport

About 5–10 minutes Β· your answers save as you go

Made by us, for us

Built by neurodivergent people, for neurodivergent people at work

We know what it's like to work in a world that wasn't designed for how our brains work. The guesswork of asking for adjustments. Not knowing what to say in the meeting. The relief when something finally fits. So we built the tool we wished we'd had.

Answer a short Work Style survey and discover what helps you do your best work. Then turn it into a Workplace Passport: a clear, professional document that tells your manager what works for you, in your words, sharing only what you choose.

Get the full Passport. Edit it any time for 12 months, choose the neutral or neurodivergent version, and download a polished PDF ready for your next conversation at work.

Robur is a self-report tool, not a diagnostic assessment.

Work Style

This section explores the tools, environments, and working conditions that help you perform at your best. Answer based on what genuinely supports you β€” not what you think you should say.

About 5–10 minutes. You can stop at any time and pick up where you left off.

    How to use your Passport
    • To requestIn place Your survey answers became adjustments. To request is something you said would help. In place is something you already use, so your manager knows to keep it.
    • β˜† Essential Star anything you can't do your job well without. Essentials move to the top of your Passport so they're read first. Everything else is a preference.
    • Γ— Remove anything you don't want to share. You can bring it back from the list at the bottom.
    • i Open a short explanation of the adjustment, in case your manager hasn't heard of it.
    • + Add your own Add something that helps you that the survey didn't ask about. You can also add a personal note at the end.

    Three steps after the Passport

Your Workplace Needs Statement is the conversation starter. Share it with your manager or HR when you feel ready. Here is what a productive next sequence looks like.

    1️⃣
    Share your Passport
Download your Passport and share it with your manager or HR at a 1:1. Frame it as: "These are the conditions that let me do my best work." You don't need to disclose a diagnosis to share a Passport.
    2️⃣
    Have the conversation
Most managers respond well when adjustments are framed as tools and adjustments, not limitations. Start with one or two specific asks β€” small wins build trust for bigger ones.
    3️⃣
    Review it together
Agree a time to check in on how the adjustments are working. As your role or needs change, come back and update your Passport.
